The BlueGreen Team
Lian Hayes
Co-founder, Director
Lian's primary job is to ensure every client's trip runs smoothly and that BlueGreen Adventures, its staff and guides continue to offer each and every client the most authentic and memorable holiday possible.
After 10 years spent managing key accounts for a large news agency in the City of London, she decided there must be more to life and headed to South America. After time spent in Peru, Bolivia, Brazil and Argentina it was southern Chile that captured her heart. Her passion is horse riding and she has been riding most of her life. Nowadays she spends more time at the laptop and less on the pampas, but wherever she is, her number one concern is maintaining BlueGreen's trademark of authenticity, quality and uniqueness. English, Spanish and some French spoken.
Alec Quevedo
Co-founder, Product Research
Certified by the Chilean guide service and a recognized official guide in Torres del Paine National Park, Alec has worked as a wilderness guide throughout South America since 1991. He is bilingual, having spent part of his younger life in Ecuador. He possesses an in-depth knowledge of the areas through which we travel, their history, cultures, traditions and people. He has an infectious enthusiasm and passion for the Patagonian landscape.

Claudia studied tourism at the Universidad de Magallanes in Punta Arenas where she was an active member of the University Mountain Team. In addition to climbing famous peaks she learnt a lot about the Patagonian environment.
Claudia is truly an expert in the region. Testament to this are the five years she spent working as Administrator and sub-Administrator in Refugios and Park shelters including Grey, Pehoe and Dickson. She has spent the past five years managing our trip logistics, operations and guides. The warmth of her personality combined with her unending professionalism endear her to everyone she meets.
She is a valuable and key member of the BlueGreen team.
