How to book your Chile trip

1. Reserve your place on a scheduled or custom Patagonia tour using the form below. You can also use this form to ask questions about any of our trips.

2. We will send you a booking form and a copy of our booking conditions to complete, sign and return together with your deposit payment of US$400.
3. On receipt of a completed booking form and deposit we will confirm your place on the tour;
4. Payment will become due eight weeks before your Chile vacation departure date when we will contact you again;
   
5. On receipt of full payment, we will send you a final confirmation, joining instructions and an official Park map.

Travel Insurance
It is a condition of booking that clients take out their own comprehensive travel insurance. This policy should include cover for accident and repatriation (check your particular activity is covered), cancellation, delay and lost baggage or valuables.

How to Pay
We accept cheques or wired funds in US dollars, pounds sterling or Euros. Please contact us if you would like a price for your vacation in a different currency. Once a booking is confirmed, we promise not to levy currency surcharges. We can also accept payment by credit card through Paypal. Please ask for details.
