This unique multi-activity trip includes hiking of the full W trail, ice hiking on Grey Glacier with crampons and ice axes and kayaking down the Serrano River out of Torres del Paine with nights wild camping. As this trip is camping throughout you should be prepared for the rigours of camping and used to travelling in fairly remote areas (upgrades possible on request). The hiking on this trip is moderate - challenging and you should be fairly fit. Terrain is rocky and boggy on some of the trails and the last section of the hike to the base of the Towers is a climb over glacial moraine. No experience is necessary for the ice hiking or kayaking but you should be fairly adventurous and most importantly have a flexible attitude as weather sometimes scuppers our plans. Please make sure you pack accordingly, clothing list provided on request. Age Limit: We can accept clients between the ages of 14 and 70 on this trip. Older hikers are welcome to join us but we reserve the right to request completion of a medical suitability questionnaire. In addition for the kayaking, older participants will require some previous open water experience Option to shorten the trip and so reduce costs, contact us for details.Includes
