All prices are quoted in US Dollars. If you would like a price quoted in another currency please ask and we can provide this on the basis of the up to date exchange rate at the time the payment is due.

Our Booking Process
You will receive a prompt email response (within 24 hours) answering your questions and discussing the most suitable trip for your needs. Once the itinerary and price for your trip have been agreed we check availability as appropriate and once the arrangements are confirmed we send you a copy of the following documents: 1) Your Confirmation Invoice; 2) your BlueGreen Registration Form for signature and completion; 3) BlueGreen Adventures Booking Conditions and 4) a copy of our Safety Procedures for your peace of mind. 

Payment
Payment of the deposit and balance will be requested by bank wire in US Dollars. We can also accept payment via Wise.

Once we have received your completed booking form and deposit (which is generally 30% of the total trip price or more depending on the trip) we will confirm your place on the trip and send you a copy of our Travel Guide which contains travel tips and practical information and a packing list to help with trip preparation.

Payment of your balance will become due eight weeks prior to your trip’s departure date at which time we will send you a reminder.

On receipt of full payment, we will send you a receipt. You will then receive your Final Trip Confirmation a few weeks prior to travel which contains local contact numbers, your confirmed itinerary and details of pick up and meeting points.

Travel Insurance
It is a condition of booking that clients take out their own comprehensive travel insurance. This policy should include cover for accident and repatriation (check your particular activity is covered), cancellation, delay and lost baggage or valuables.

Pricing
All our trips are priced in US Dollars. For some of our scheduled tours, prices are listed in the ‘Is this trip for me’ section. Our bespoke planning service is designed for discerning travellers seeking expert advice and a highly personal service. Pricing for these experiences and adventures will depend on a number of factors, including; the number of people in your group, what activities and destinations you wish to include, your accommodation tastes and your preferred travel style and budget.
