Unique Multi-sport itinerary for active, adventurous families with older children (suggest 8+) wanting to explore the breathtaking landscapes, unusual wildlife and wealth of activities that southern Patagonia has to offer.

This new guided family itinerary takes you into southern Patagonia’s wildest and most beautiful scenery that will have you biking, horseriding, kayaking and trekking through some of the best scenery in the world. Accommodation in a mix of family rooms in cabins, lodges, an isolated ranch house and camping in tents under the huge Patagonian skies with your chef and support team to look after you.

Day by day

  • Arrive into Puerto Natales. Independent exploration of the town. Guide’s briefing. Hotel.
  • Hotel pick up. Private transfer to Milodon Cave. Moderate bike ride in the area (approx 5 miles). Continue to Cerro Castillo. Night Hosteria el Pionero.
  • Transfer to Lake Sarmiento. Meet horses at Puesto Lazo for a short horse ride to Estancia Lazo. Explore the lake shores with its wealth of birdlife and dramatic views. Night Cabins nearby.
  • Hike from Laguna Verde via the Sierra del Toro into Torres del Paine. Night Serrano river in campside with hot showers and a cook to prepare all meals (all gear provided).
  • Take morning Grey Boat to an area close to Grey Glacier. Lunch. Hike to Lake Pehoe (moderate hike of 3-4 hours with some rocky sections). Take catamaran to meet transfer vehicle. Second night camping at Serrano River. *Option to kayak depending on ages of children.
  • Transfer across the heart of the Park with iconic views, short walks to waterfalls, mountain look-outs and to admire the exotic wildlife. Arrive at remote ranch house located on eastern borders of the Park. Night Estancia 3R occupied exclusively by your family (or smaller refugio depending on group size) with a cook to prepare meals. Enjoy a traditional gaucho BBQ (asado).
  • Morning fossil hunting and exploring this dramatic mountain range with its cathedral-like spires and huge glacial valleys. Transfer to Puerto Natales. Trip ends.
